As of December 31, 2025, the share capital consisted of 44,900,000 shares with a par value of four euros each, representing a total share capital of 179,600,000 euros.

Dividend
For the 2025 financial year, the Board of Directors will propose to the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on April 10, 2026, a dividend of 2.0 euros per share, unchanged from 2024. The Vicat Group is distinguished by its stable and predictable distribution policy, as its dividend has never been reduced in the last 30 years.
