Duties and responsibilities:

"I started my career with Vicat in 1999 and worked in the R&D Department for five years. In 2004, I took over the position of Environment Process Engineer in the St-Egrève plant and in 2005, took over as Group Performance Engineer. Since 2008 I have been the Performance Director for the Montalieu cement plant. My role consists in optimizing the energy performance of production facilities while adhering to environmental constraints. I also coordinate different cement plant services: quarry, manufacturing, shipping, laboratory, mechanical and electrical maintenance.”
